1. Pawanmuktasana- Wind Relieving Pose

·         To do Pawanmuktasana, lie down.

·         Bend the left knee and bring it near the stomach.

·         While exhaling, join the fingers of both hands together.

·         Keep the fingers below the knees.

·         Try to touch the chest with the left knee.

·         To do Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, lie down on your back.

·         Keep your hands at your side.

·         Keep breathing normally.

·         Slowly bend the legs from the knees and take them near the hips.

·         Raise the hips as high as possible from the floor.

·         Keep your hands on the ground only.

·         After reaching this stage, hold your breath for some time.

·         Exhale and come back to the ground.

·         Relax by keeping your legs straight.

·         Rest for 15 seconds then repeat the process.

3. Balasana- Child Pose

Balasana is an easy yoga. Doing Balasana daily keeps the digestive system good and helps in getting rid of the problem of gas. You can do Balasana for 1 to 3 minutes.

·         To do Balasana, spread a mat and sit on your knees.

·         Join the ankles and heels together.

·         Take a deep breath and lean forward.

·         Take the stomach between the thighs and exhale.

·         Spread the knees outwards as much as possible.

·         Contract the hips and pull them towards the navel.

·         Take your hands towards the front and keep them in front.

·         Try to touch your shoulders to the floor.

·         Remain in this position for 30 seconds.
